On Saturday, February 7, 2026, Indivisible Charlotte celebrated our ninth anniversary! This event had to be rescheduled because of North Carolina winter weather, but our celebration on February 7th was warm and joyous. Our mission is to strengthen democracy through direct action to educate and engage community members.
At our ninth anniversary celebration hosted by Watershed Charlotte, we were honored and inspired to hear from several powerful and moving speakers. One of those was Christopher Armitage, author of “The Existential Republic,” who also joined our research team for our second podcast episode on, “Power and Resistance” back in December 2025. The entire livestream of our ninth anniversary program is available on our YouTube channel, but we are also sharing separate videos of our speakers and Q&A sessions during this event to further amplify these individuals and their important messages.
